Bruce Hoffman and Dr Dave Brannan will provide an overview of Domestic Terrorism as it relates to New Jersey and the UASI Region.
Bruce Hoffman is Shelby Cullom and Kathryn W. Davis senior fellow for counterterrorism and homeland security at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). He is a tenured professor at Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
Dr. David Brannan is a senior professor at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. Dr. Brannan is one of the nation’s leading authorities of homeland security, terrorism analysis and the use of Social Identity Theory in counterterrorism.
